well, was having break at level 8 while bitching on the phone with rab bout working in OT when i saw him(:

damn you, i was totally out-of-my-mind! OMG.

so anyways, just had my OT posting.

it suck(-ed). BIG TIME.

firstly, it was damn cold (18 degrees mind you!).

secondly, you got to stand ALL DAY LONG throughout the surgery..irregardless if it's gonna take 10 hours long.

well, i stood for a bloody 5 hours long for some liver excision surgery on my second day.

things would be slightly different when you're the circulating nurse, which was what i did for 3 days.

and things would be TOTALLY different when you scrubbed a case.

duh, SCRUB nurse.

lastly, our school C.I suck. must be the menses.

i was actually running away from scrubbing a case..

but, oh wells.

so i scrubbed for a plastic case (excision biopsy of the eponychium of the L thumb &nailbed)

simple case, great SN. hahah..

lagi best, HANDSOME- CUTE surgeon! woo.

AND I WAS THE FIRST SCRUB NURSE!

in simple terms, i stood directly next to him(:

thankgod i know my stuffs..as in how to pass the instruments, what to pass though the SN was there to guide me.

overall, my scrub experience was nice cause the surgeon made it nice(:

my OT posting was fun cause of poh and nickie(:

the only reason why i could tahan the whole 5 days in that environment.

my crazy bitching with them at work were endless.

what more can i ask for ?heh.

so, 2 weeks down. 3 weeks to go.
