hello all.

first week of school was great.

hmm well, besides the point that i actually sprained my back (officially) on the very first day of school.

how great? oh tell me about it.

the thing about the sprain is that i cannot walk & sit like a normal human. ..

it hurts pretty bad whenever i sit on the floor during clinical.. sit on the chair during lectures ( esp in LTK-2 !!) or even when eating.

so whenever it happens, i have to sit at the edge of the chair to keep my back straight. ..

like wth kan?

i have been walking like as if i'm on the 3 rd trimester of pregnancy but it's just that the tummy isn't there. ..
SLEEPING, worst. i can't relax my body.. well, youknow.. sleep= relax= sleep ?

but at the current mo i can't relax when i want to go to sleep! urgh.

so i went to GP on Wednesday and she said ? minor slipped disc.

riggggghts.

and today, i went for xray.. every vertebrae is normal:)

but same advice were given by the two different doctors.. and that's is..

" you can't bend down, stretch too much from now on. you are at a high risk for slipped disc "

i was advised to be on CRIB, for good.

HAHAHAHA.

and so currently, i'm on CRIB.

unless going to school and toilet.

okay, that's my current health stat.

oh, i'm loving THURDAYS ! (only the even week laa )

last thursday, the VERY first lesson of social psychology.. ZOMG!

worddd. no kidding.

with the morning after-wake-up voice.....

with the morning humor.......

with the cool strut.......

with the cute geeky face ......

AND, with those 2 front buttons unbuttoned .....

OMG.

poh and i could have screaming o*****.

in fact, the two of us were not really paying attention to him preaching about social psychology.

we were paying attention to him........ talking.

HAHAHAHA!

okay, i gotta admit that i'm paying attention to him, him as in the person himself.

poh and i are trying to learn not to talk while eating.. from now on(:

I LOVE THURSDAYS!

OH.

we learned OT skills this week.. pretty awesome.

especially when it comes to the scrubbing of hands for 30 times on each side of the hand.

one hand is divided into 6 planes.. so scrub that 6 planes 30 times.

one finger has 6 planes, so scrub that 6 planes 30 times.

and scrub the elbow, the upper arm ( with 6 planes) 30 times.

overall, we have to scrub 1280 times! inclusive of initial scrubbing of the cuticles and base of fingers.. it adds up to 1340 times.

and here, we are only talking about ONE hand.

AND, we are scrubbing with a brush...as hard as the one you use to scrub the school shoes clean.

your hands would be really red by the end of the whole 2680 times of total scrubbing.

how?

anyways, we camwhored while we were in OT.

with bernard's permission , of course. HEHEH.

hmmmm, that's how my first week of school like.
